Embark on a Revolutionary Journey of SovereigntyÂ
through the vehicle of your wild imagination and unique somatic & symbolic expression.Â
What You'll Gain:
A clear recognition and reorganisation of a core life pattern
Â
Participants will identify the key complex or repeating pattern shaping their relationships, choices and self-perception, not just intellectually, but symbolically and somatically. Over the year, this complex is gently reorganised through image, body and ritual, allowing women to move from unconscious repetition into conscious, embodied sovereignty.
A strengthened ego–Self relationship and inner authority
Â
Through sustained work with symbol, soma and psyche, women develop a lived connection to Self as an inner compass rather than relying on external approval or adaptation. This results in increased clarity, grounded decision-making, deeper self-trust and the capacity to live from inner authority rather than survival strategies.
A symbolic and somatic way of living that endures
Â
Participants leave with a cultivated symbolic sensibility, the ability to court dreams, body sensations, life events and nature as meaningful guidance. Combined with somatic attunement practices and personal rituals, this becomes an ongoing way of navigating life’s thresholds with depth, creativity and devotion, long after the program ends.
The Woods
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Woods is a year-long rite of passage for women who want to recognise and reorganise a key complex that continues to repeat in their life. It is an embodied initiation, a sacred descent into the deep intelligence of psyche, soma and symbol.
Your journey unfolds within a dedicated circle of courageous women kinsfolk who commit to five gatherings over the duration of a year. This shared field of presence, witnessing and play becomes the crucible in which real transformation takes root — not through force or fixing, but through sustained relationship with self, other and soul.
Rather than working on yourself, The Woods invites you into a living dialogue with the unconscious. Through Sandplay, somatic attunement, nature-based ritual and symbolic inquiry, the soul is given conditions to speak in its own language ~ image, sensation, pattern and myth.
Alongside the communal journey, participants undertake a series of personal and practical quests. These are not symbolic in theory alone; they are lived, embodied and integrated into daily life creating symbolic sensibility. Your willingness to meet these thresholds — with commitment, discipline and devotion — is what allows the work to move from insight into initiation.
This is not a program of self-improvement.
It is an alchemical vessel that asks something of you.
Across the year, you move through five initiatory thresholds that gently loosen the ego’s grip and strengthen the ego–Self axis, allowing a deeper sovereignty to emerge, one rooted not in control, but in inner authority and trust in the soul's unfolding.
The Woods is for those who feel the call to:
- listen beyond story into the body's knowing
- play seriously within a devoted circle of kin
- follow symbols as living messengers rather than metaphors
- be reorganised from the inside out by what is numinous, wild and true
Here, psyche is honoured as the soul’s inner ecology.
Soma becomes the threshold through which transformation lands.
Symbol acts as the bridge between conscious life and the deeper currents shaping it.

The Five Thresholds of Initiation
Â
MODULE 01
Rupture
Â
The breaking of an old allegiance
Initiation often begins not with choice, but with rupture.
Something gives way—an identity, a relationship, a way of coping that once ensured survival but can no longer hold the soul’s weight. In the Sandplay tray, rupture appears as collapse, fracture, eruption, exile or stark opposites placed side by side. The psyche signals that an old order has reached its limit.
This is not pathology.
It is the soul interrupting a life that has grown too small.
Rupture breaks unconscious loyalty to adaptation and initiates separation from false authority. The uninitiated woman is no longer governed solely by habit, fear or expectation. Something deeper insists on being reckoned with.
Module 2
Retreat
Â
Reclaiming inner territory
True sovereignty requires retreat.
The psyche must withdraw from external authority in order to hear its own deeper rhythms.
In Sandplay, retreat shows itself through caves, forests, thresholds, oceans and night worlds. The ego softens its governance. The nervous system downshifts. The soul asks for privacy.
This stage restores inner land that has been overrun—by urgency, caretaking, productivity or survival vigilance. Retreat is where the woman comes back under her own roof.
Sovereignty deepens in stillness.
Module 3
Reverence
Â
When the Self makes itself known
Reverence marks a turning point.
As the ego releases its grip - no longer striving to control, explain or protect - the Self begins to constellate. In the Sandplay tray, numinous images arise: deities, mandalas, precious stones, ancestors, sacred centres and symbols that carry unmistakable presence.
These images are not chosen.
They arrive.
This is the moment when the psyche is touched by something larger than the personal story. Time slows. Meaning deepens. The woman encounters an inner authority that does not shout, yet commands reverence.
Sovereignty here is not asserted — it is received.
Module 4
Reorganisation
Â
Life reshapes around inner authority
As reverence takes root, the psyche reorganises.
Internal hierarchies shift. Old loyalties loosen. New boundaries form naturally, without force.
In the Sandplay tray, this movement appears as bridges, villages, pathways, councils and restored ecologies. Parts of the self begin to relate rather than compete. The nervous system learns new patterns of safety and agency.
Sovereignty becomes embodied — not through will, but through alignment. Life begins to arrange itself around what is true and authentic.
Module 5
Return
Â
Living from the centre that cannot be taken
Return is the re-entry into life from a sovereign centre.
The initiated woman does not return to who she was.
She returns as herself — with clearer limits, deeper listening and a felt sense of inner authority that no longer requires validation.
In Sandplay, the world reappears, but it is engaged differently. There is participation without self-erasure. Relationship without collapse. Purpose without sacrifice of the soul.
Sovereignty is not loud.
It is steady.
And it endures.
